Booking and Refund Policy

Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance either through the website, email, or telephone.

• Payment is due prior to, or at, the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit card, or e-transfer.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations, within 24-hours, or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $20.00 CAD and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by TS Human Performance.

• Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of TS Human Performance.

• In the instance an appointment is canceled by TS Human Performance staff due to changes in the clients medical status, a full refund or rescheduling may be provided.

• If pre-assessment instructions are not followed, and TS Human Performance is unable to perform the assessment due to breach of protocols on the behalf of the client, a fee of $25.00 CAD may be charged at the discretion of TS Human Performance Staff. The client will be provided an option for rescheduling at that time.
